For kids
Children are a special type of athlete, so I combine specialized training with play. It is also important to understand that before transitioning into adulthood, it is crucial to develop a general level of physical fitness regardless of the future choice of sport or distance. Strong bones, resilient ligaments, and muscular strength are signs of athleticism, which can be achieved through multifunctional exercises targeting the upper and lower body.
